Cancel during the 7 days and your plan ends straight away, with nothing to pay. After that, the yearly price is taken once a year until you cancel.
Questions
What happens when the free days end?
A yearly plan starts with 7 days free. On day 8 the yearly price is taken from the card you added, and your plan carries on for the year. You get an email when the trial starts and another 2 days before the charge. Monthly plans have no trial and are charged when you start.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in Termspring and choose Cancel. During the 7 free days your plan ends straight away and nothing is charged. After that, your plan runs to the end of the month or year you’ve paid for, then moves to Free. Your notes, cards and plans stay yours either way.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, if you ask within 14 days of your first charge or of a yearly renewal: write to hello@termspring.com. After that we don’t refund part of a period; your plan simply runs to its end.
Is there a student discount?
Every price is already a student price. Termspring is made for students, so there’s no separate discount to hunt for.
